S261: Large Rare French 'St. George' inspired form Chess Set
One side in fruitwood, the dark side stained fruitwood.
Nice patina throughout. Kings 11.2cms.
The knights are particularly nicely modeled and the tops of the kings are finely turned.
Mid 19th century.
