Important early 17th century Augsburg boxboard

German Augsburg games box probably early 17th century probably from the workshop of Ulrich Baumgartner (1580 - 1652).
The inlay and penwork decoration is very fine - has chessboard on the front, backgammon board inside and merels board on the back.
The locks and hinges also have engraved decoration. Closed 42x36x8cms
